A goal in the first minute made all the
difference. Dave Williamson collected the ball in the inside left channel,
moved to right and hit a low shot from just outside the penalty area across
the goalie into the far corner of the net.
Thereafter both sides had chances, each hitting
the woodwork twice, but the badly cut up pitch made skilful football
difficult to play.
Vocal encouragement form the touchline from Dale
West, Dave Williamson and Andy Majcher really helped the team concentration.
