About Ardingly Football Club

 History of Ardingly FC 

Ardingly Football Club has been established since 1896 and plays at the recreation ground in Ardingly. The club has excellent clubhouse facilities and has sole use of the football pitch.

The club currently runs four sides, the first team play in the division two, the second in division four with the thirds in division nine. We also run a veterans team which plays on Sundays.

The club is currently seeking players aged 16 and above to play in all three Saturday sides. Training has already commenced with sessions at the Triangle Centre Burgess Hill (see training pages).  Everybody is welcome to join in.

The club promotes football at all levels in a friendly close knit environment with regular social events organised. The clubhouse has kitchen facilities but at the present time there is no bar. However, we have players and officials who are members of the British Legion Club in the village and after games we all meet up for drinks, pool and of course the football results.
